| Rawson bump up their Western Cape support service | 2007-10-11 |
| In another step to give their franchisees the fullest possible support, Rawson Properties have appointed Rob Lawrence as Regional Business Development Manager for the area. Lawrence, 54 years old, has had experience in banking (as GM for seven years for ABSA Homeloans in KZN) and in mortgage origination (as provincial manager for Mortgage SA). Since 1990 he has managed and helped motivate sales teams and he is, he says, always keen to understand the factors that lead to some operations being very successful while others simply jog along or even fail. “My message to Rawson franchisees, therefore, is that I am at your disposal to help with any type of difficulties and my experience has shown that often a few simple changes here and there can make all the difference.” Lawrence is married and has an eight year old son. He is, he says, an avid reader, politics and history being his main interests. He keeps fit with regular gym work (he is an accomplished weight lifter) and golf, which he plays to a 16 handicap. |
