Our Estate Agent Training Centres

We accordingly have two dedicated estate agent training centres, based at our Group's Head Office in Cape Town and at our Regional Office in Johannesburg, respectively.

Our estate agent training centres provide ongoing real-estate training to our franchise owners, office managers, estate agents and administrative staff.

The Real-Estate Training Course

We believe estate agent training to be so important that we make it compulsory for every staff member who joins the Rawson family to attend and pass a two-week real-estate training course, comprising both theoretical and practical components, and of course an examination.

Among other subjects in estate agent training, this course encompasses the fundamentals of contract law, financial qualification of purchasers, marketing techniques and negotiation skills.

The bouquet of training courses offered by our trainers is extensive, with new estate agent training courses being developed on an ongoing basis. Indeed,

we are committed to the philosophy of continuous development and estate agent training and therefore hold regular workshops and training sessions to ensure that our estate agents remain at the highest level of professionalism.
